I've been off of running for about 4 years now and just went and ran a 22:08 5k. Since I haven't run at all, that seems like a pretty good time to me, but I trained about a years for xc/track in high school and only got down to a 4:48/10:18 16/32. I want to get back into fitness but I want to try to be really good at a sport and my high school times don't really seem good enough to me that I should continue running. Are there any sports for people who are just kind of good at running but who are also naturally fit/Could I maybe be better at different distances? Thanks in advance for any advice
