Looking for some tips for training this Summer. Looking to up mileage and go mid 24's (at least) in the 8k.
Training history:
Roughly 50-60 MPW for last 9 months; hit spikes of 70-80 MPW last Summer with no complications.
Historically mid distance, strong performer in 800m
Considered something like Summer of Malmo but was wondering if anyone had other insights. Thanks
