Today and Yesterday I had 2 workouts
Yesterday was 6x600 in 1:55-1:56 in 22 mph winds so it was pretty brutal. Kept them all the same pace but was hurting at the end because of the wind.
Today I did 2x(600-400-300-200) with 3 minutes rest between reps and full 8-9 minutes rest between sets
My splits were 1:49-69-50-32-1:49-70-50-32 I was pretty tired going into this because of the workout yesterday but I got it done.
Based on these workouts what could you estimate I could run in a 800, 1600, and 3200. Thank you. I am a male junior in high school and I am predominantly more of a distance runner than mid-distance.
