I have a question, why do my calves start to burn/tire so quickly? Even going up the stairs I can already feel the burn. Feels like something isn’t right. I think I didn’t have that problem that much last year but now it is just extremely hard to push through the burn. I did like 20 min 5k last year and now I did 23 min but it was extremely hard with tired calves. I have pegasus 35’s. I’m 21 years old 70 kg and 180 cm. I even took a week off but still had that problem. When it was winter I used treadmill but it was easier than outside. I dont drink that much water. Maybe like 1.5-2 liters a day + other liquids like orange juice and so. If you have more questions, ask pls
