Just curious what everyone's 4 weeks after a goal marathon looks like? How do you build your mileage back? When do you start workouts? How long after the race do you take off from running?

Basically took a week off due to a sprained ankle. Second week back, back to normal weekly mileage as before. Third week back, back to training for my next marathon.
I basically reverse my taper. I run my daily taper runs but in reverse order.
Usually goes something like this: 1 week completely off, run like 4-5 days the second week, third week lose motivation and basically take another week totally off, 4th week: "why not just take another week off" back to training after that.
I used to not run until everything stopped hurting lol, so could be a week, could be 3-4 days. Then it was run whatever for a month. Random routes, random distances, usually 60-90 minutes. Then just build it back up to nearly 90min a day plus a long run then add doubles a couple times a week then 3-5 times a week.
