Fwiw, I had three good sprinters on my team in high school...one of them went 11.9 as a freshman and as a senior was 11.1, 22.6, and 50.4 (also split 48.7 FAT). Another didn't start until junior year but came in as a 24.xx and 54.xx guy with no training, ended up running 11.0, 22.2, and 49.4. The last one started as a 54.5 guy and ended up running 23.1 and 50.9 (split 49.6 FAT). So I would say if you are running 11.7 and 23.7 right now, you can definitely set long-term goals of sub-11, 22-low, and sub-50, but don't forget to set short-term goals. I would say focus on getting down below 11.5 and 23-low, then 11-low and sub-23, then finally sub-11 and 22-low.
