Two mile time trial under 10:40 and a mile time trial under 5:00.
the reason i am asking this is because my meet got canceled and i want to see what shape I'm in for next meet
5x800 with one minute break, slightly faster than 10:40 pace (2-3 seconds faster per 800)
8-10x400 with minute break, slightly faster then mile pace (1-2 seconds faster per 400)
Do this at least 10 days out from race.
thanks
Do not listen to the guy above. The second workout is the classic 400m repeat workout (supposed to be done @ mile pace). However that 800m repeat workout is literally impossible to do, do not try it. Try to do 4x1k @ goal 3200m pace with 2:30-3:00 rest in between.

yes, my bad. Give the rest 2 minutes, but take the 800's a couple seconds faster than 3200 pace.
3-4 x 1mi at 5:20 with 1mi jog between.
