Whenever I eat something pretty greasy like bacon or a fancy burger, I’ll take a couple bites and then my chest’ll around my heart start hurting almost (not really hurting but just feels tight). The day after I feel sluggish and my chest has the same tight feeling for the first couple of miles of my run (although it could just be I’m overtraining a little)
I am 16, run about 25-30 miles a week, and am in pretty good health, so I don’t think it’s anything really that bad but I don’t know.
Anybody else have this happen?
