Coming off a self coached spring season, I've reevaluated my running goals and decided I need a coach. I don't currently have a coach for various reasons, but I think it might be time to get a second opinion on my training. I'm focusing on the 5K during my next block of training which should start in late June and end in late November. I run mid 19s for the 5K, high 11s for the 2 mile, and around 5:20 for the mile. I've raced over longer distances like 10K, but my times haven't been stellar in that event because it wasn't my primary focus (42:00).
