You should ask the compliance officer at your school rather than people on a message board who likely have no clue about NCAA rules.
I am betting there is no rule against it. Probably not a rule against them contacting you. College football players end up talking to pro coaches when they come to campus.
As long as you are not signing a contract or accepting anything of value before you are out of school, my guess would be you would be okay.

Until you are done with your eligibility, you cannot contact a professional coach.
What if your college coach is a professional coach? Can I not talk to him?
I spoke with my school's compliance person during the cross country season. He gave me some kind of agent release form that I could feel out in order to get in contact with an agent. I'm not sure how/if that form applies if I am just looking to reach out to a single coach. The compliance guy is out of town now, but I'll reach out again once he's back. I'll be sure to post an update!

Lots of bad information here.
1) there are no limits whatsoever regarding contact between post-collegiate coaches and collegiate athletes; you are free to email, text, call and meet in person with no impact whatsoever on your eligibility
2) in order for an athlete to meet with an agent, there are rules that vary depending on the exact nature of your contact; check with Compliance if you planning to interact with agents.
College coaches may have their own desires or understandings of this process, but ultimately the coach is not part of the equation unless you choose to include him/her.
The same can be said for parents, although they should be even further removed than your college coach.
