I'm very disappointed in all of you.

More suspicious is the there was renovation work going on at the time, including welding to strengthen the rotting structure.
Finally someone with a brain.
Same thing happened to Windsor Castle
The Notre Dame fire may be an occult ritual, predicted by Nostradamus in one of his infamous quatrains, that is being used to usher in a new era of “Chrislam” where Christians and Muslims are forced into a culture collision. Lou Dobbs during his Fox program warns viewers that the French investigation into what exactly started the Notre Dame fire may be covering up the very real possibility of arson for what he calls, “political reasons.”
“So, you’re telling us that this type of timber doesn’t burn like that?” Mouton was asked by an LCI host.
“Oak that is 800-years-old is very hard – try to burn it,” Mouton said. “Old oak, it is not easy at all. You would need a lot of kindling to succeed… It stupefies me.”
In the Nineties, we updated all the electrical wiring of Notre Dame, Mouton said. So there is no possibility of a short circuit. We updated to conform with the contemporary norms, even going very far – all the detection and protection systems against fire in the cathedral.
Don't forget that France covered up the fraud of "Jeanne Calment" (claimed to be 122) for national political reasons. This would not be unprecedented.
These are the liberal extremists that are teaching our children in their bastions of safe spaces.
The only option these days is to homeschool and teach directly from primary sources: The Bible.

+1. Now Macron is speaking about replacing the old crumbling with a new modern architecture, not ham-tied by prevalence. This is progress. The billions will be well-spent in updating.

Fake news.
Macron’s initial promise to restore the magnificent cathedral to its former glory has been shoved aside. Now he says it will be rebuilt “consistent with our modern, diverse nation”, and at the same time the French Government has announced an international competition to redesign the Notre Dame spire.
A proposal in Domus ( the architecture magazine,) by Tom Wilkinson, for the fallen spire to be replaced with an Islamic minaret, to memorialize Algerians who protested the French government in the 1960s.
“These victims of the state could be memorialized by replacing the spire with a graceful minaret”, Wilkinson insisted.

ISIS are morons. Don’t they realize the French are basically atheists now. They are living 1000 years ago.
What gives you even the slightest reason to believe ISIS started the fire? There was very old and dry wood. Good chance the electrical wires were old. Workers were there. IMO, most likely cause was a worker on break. Smoked. Flicked cigarette bud. Fire. Look for the simple reason first.
