Jimmie Johnson is legit athlete. He's been doing triathlons for the last 7 years; a bunch of sprints and at least one half IronMan, all in pretty quick times. He'll often win, or at least place high in his age group. And his foundation sponsors a triathlon. He's the real deal. I was expecting him to get close to if not dip under 3:00. Still, 3:09 is impressive.

That makes his time seem slow Not sure about the real deal so much
Indy car/WEC driver Ryan Briscoe just ran faster than Johnson on a tougher course...
