Hi, I'm a 14-year-old 8th grade boy in middle school who weighs 107.9 pounds and is 5'5" and runs the 4x4 relay, 800m yard dash, and the 1600m. My pr times for these events are, a 59 sec split for the 4x4, a 2:22 for the 800m, and a 5:24 for the 1600m. I got 2 and a half weeks left for my final meet and was wondering whether someone has a training plan or if it's even possible for me to hit that mark. This year my times have been, 5:31 and 5:24 in two meets and currently have two more meets left. I'm willing to train hard and do all the work necessary. Thanks, Jose
