Hey guys I’m a freshman running 30ish mpw. Just did a workout of 4 x 1600m with 2 min rest (though before the last rep I took 2:15), splits: 6:23.8, 6:23.9, 6:22.3, 6:18.3. Definitely a hard workout. Do you think I can break 20 on a road 5k?
