Normally my coach always has me run the 3200, and I run 11:07. But for our next meet i'm in the 1600. I have not run it this season, how fast should I be able to run?

I'll say 5:09. Report back.
I'm thinking 5:10, although it would be easier to guage your 1600m time if you gave us your 800m as well. Best of luck anyways!
You are running a 1600, not a mile. You will be 9.33m short of a mile.
My only 800 time of the season is 2:33, which was the first 800 of a 3200.
