I am coming off of a two month hiatus due to a stress fracture on the inside my left tibia close to the knee. I started running again on April 11th. My satorius and other hamstring muscles are experiencing pain that only disappears when I am stretching them as well as what feels like the backside of the bone. it hurts to press on the area that is usually covered by the calf. I am doing about 2-3 miles a day, alternating indoor cycling and running easy. Should I worry about this pain? or keep stretching it out and go easy on it.
