Today I've run my first competitive hm. I've finished in 1:16:31.
I'm 5'10", 160 pounds.
I was 160 pounds in mid-February. Then, I was able to lose 10 pounds in one month. But, I was sick and sluggish. After that, I lost my self-control and I reached 160 pounds again.
I know that I should be 140 pounds at maximum, but I cannot figure out how to do that.
I've already tried to keep a log. It's not a problem to lose 10 pounds. But, then, I always screw up everything, because I'm not able to maintain my weight.
Any tips?
