you can tell he is not so nimble on his feet in this video. If he stood on one foot with his eyes closed, he'd make it a few seconds at best.
If this looks like 50 I must look like a fetus!

Who cares Wigins - Norris was around mid-70s when he made this video. Mid-freaking 70s - how many guys in their mid-70s can walk let alone punch a dummy like that. So many 70+ yr olds are frail and disabled or tremendously overweight and on a sh*tload of pharmaceuticals just to live to see the next sunrise. You're acting like a millennial (maybe you are one Wigins? ?). They complain about the sickly, unhealthy older people being a burden to society and dragging down the health care system, and then with the very fit and healthy older people, they find ways to make fun of them. Millennials...a crazy bunch! ?
When Chuck was 30 he looked 50.

Guys in their mid 70's have ran a 62 second 400, and eventually will go sub 60 since a 71-year old recently ran a 57.
In acrobatic martial arts terms this is the equivalent of still being able to clobber that dummy with wheel kicks.
Jean Claude Van Damme's plastic surgery didn't go very well.

The difference is that Chuck Norris hasn't been a competitive martial artist since the 1960's. He's been an actor for the last 50 years. If you saw a photo of Peter Snell now (aged 80 or whatever) you'd probably think he looks good for his age. You wouldn't knock him for only being able to run an 800m a minute slower or whatever than the best still competing Masters his age.

Clean or PEDs? ?

Those two words alone confirm that nothing you write is worth reading.
Sucks to see your childhood heros paling up with neofascists.
On the plus side, you're right. He doesn't look, sound, or move like a 78 year old.

Try Sylvester Stallone training for Rambo 6.
Now if he doesn't look "50" I don't know who does:

Chuck trains daily and takes care of himself. Granted, wears a toupee, uses botox and all that but still manages to train every day. I've been to many of his martial arts seminars and he was always impressive for his age. Granted our styles are different , he is a Tang-Soo-Do guy, I am Kyokushin but I respect they guy. Even the master of my style, the late Mas Oyama used to praise him, that's a lot to say about him.

When did Rocky ever need legs when he was fighting Apollo & Drago? ?

Except Chuck Norris.
One time, Chuck Norris tried to swipe the ball from Wilt Chamberlain and Chuck Norris wouldn't let go. Wilt spun around, with Norris hanging on the ball like a cliffhanger in an action movie. He proceeded to dunk it from the free throw line, with Norris hanging on the ball, but before he took off, Father Time came out of nowhere and jumped on his back! Father Time was heavy, about 6'9", 270 pounds. While he was flying through the air from the free thrown line, he turned to each of them and said, "What floor do you want to be let off at?"
It is truly amazing how good Chuck Norris looks at age 78! There are many reasons why people speculate that he has had plastic surgery, but the truth is that we will never know for sure. We know that he takes very good care of himself and is obviously doing something right! There are many benefits to having plastic surgery, especially as we age. That's why I want to do a nose job in Atlanta. It can help us look and feel younger, which is very important to many people. It can also help to boost our confidence levels and make us feel better about ourselves.
LRC: Doping is wrong! If you cannot compete without dope, then you shouldn't be anywhere near sports. Spare us your lame excuses about bad burritos, having lots of sex right before the testers showed up, someone sabotaging your toothpaste, tainted supplements, etc. You are a damned dirty doper!!!
Also LRC: I don't care that he had plastic surgery, does anabolics, TRT, HGH, Botox, and wears a toupee, my favorite action star looks good for his advanced age! More power to him!
Carlos Rey is from Torrance in L.A. AKA "Chuck Norrie". He changed his name to a Hunnic-White name from a Hispanic-White name because of racism in Hollywood. Tomas Cruise is 20 years younger and did the same. Jose Montana, Tomas Flores, etc. names were close enough.
