Are you talking about Washington University in St. Louis? If so, you are not resourceful enough to even get in. Suggest you email the coach.
Email coach stiles and/or submit a recruitment form.

Tough academics of course - ACT range: 30-33 (25-75 percentile).
They have guys on the team with these HS times - 9:28 HS guy (he ran 9:34 indoors). 9:32 guy. 9:27 guy. 9:08 guy. 9:12 guy. 9:20 guy. 9:31 guy. Another 9:31 guy. 9:16 guy. 9:26 guy. 9:25 guy. 9:28 guy. There are 31 guys on the cross country team.
Run in that range and you will likely get some interest from Coach Stiles.

Actually, my source just updated it to 32-34. Your range was closer. My updated one is most accurate.
My son was recruited by the coach and took a visit. He was on the faster side for D3 so he decided on our D1 state school partly due to price. He got no discount at Wash U which is around $70k per year.

You must make a lot of money then, because that school typically gives a lot of aid based on financial need, and you don't have to be poor to get a lot either. I hope you took the time to actually go through WashU's Net Price Calculator.

I think Matteucci did this accidentally in highschool 6 or 7 times.

According to WashU's site, Brad Hodkinson:
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country, wrestling and track & field at Snohomish High School … Team captain … Placed sixth in state as a senior in cross country … Placed third in state in the 3,200 in track … Qualified for wrestling states … Personal-best: 1,600-4:16; 3,200-9:08.
Milesplit says just 9:30 though, so who knows what that means. Maybe he ran 9:08 in a dual or tri meet that wasn't recorded by Milesplit.

Tracked it down... I guess it's legit? He also ran 4:17 in the same meet, which is roughly equivalent according to Tinman.

Considering he has run 3:52/14:25/30:23 in college, this is not the slightest bit unbelievable.
We went a lot further than that. We met with the financial aid people. My wife and I only make a little bit over $200k but we foolishly saved a bunch of money which they counted against us. Had they gotten the price under $40k, my son would have gone there.
