I consume about 70-80 grams of sugar daily. About 60 of them are from fruits such as apples, bananas, oranges, etc.
Then I'll have a table spoon of honey and a tb. of peanut butter. So roughly 20g.
Should I watch my fruit intake? Or can I have another apple?
Sugar is bad for you no matter where it comes from and no matter if you eat the whole fruit or not. Added fiber does not negate the negative effects of sugar.
You should limit sugar whenever possible. No need to eat peanut butter with sugar in it for example. Stop with the honey.
In addition to what we all know about sugar, that it leads to obesity, it also has a major hand in a lot of other things including cancer, Alzheimer's Disease, other mental fog, heart disease, type II diabetes, macular degeneration, cataracts, and even man boobs. You would be better off adding more vegetables and some meat.
