I Know the last thing you want to see is another indicator workout lol.
The other day I did a workout that consisited of:
5x800 around 2:30 or so rest (wasnt timing, just starting when my coach said) and I averaged 2:39 on these.
Now before you freak out and say thats super slow, please keep in mind we did this workout in upstate new york, during 28 mph winds. Coming down the homestretch each time was blowing me almost out to lane three, and there was only a small portion of the track that i didnt feel like i was desperately fighting the wind. I paced the workout (i had nobody to darft behind).
I have been doing around 30mpw roughly since the start of outdoor. In indoor I was a really bad trainer (consistently 15mpw, barely any)
I had Pr's of
400: 58
600: 1:35.04
800: 2:09.24
1000: 2:48.86
I was wondering if you could predict what I could run in the 800/mile. Thanks.
