What’s up everyone. A bit of background info before I get started. Bare with me as it’s a long one.

Running for 16 years
PRs: 400 - 53.0 (relay split from HS)
1000 - 2:34.6
Mile - 4:19.2
3000 - 8:56
5000 - 15:38
5k - 15:09
10 Miler - 58:37
HM - 1:15:16
I didn’t take running seriously (never really even warmed up) until my senior year of HS and even then I was barely running 15-20 mpw. Still managed PRs of 1:58.6/4:31/16:32. Never ran in college.
The next decade of running had been a bit of a rollercoaster, as I started working as a cook/chef and bounced around diferent training methods with wildly varying results. Waited too long to act on the fact that the service industry lifestyle didn’t prove to be helpful with running. It took until winter of 2017 to find a great job with a perfect schedule.
As far as mileage, it’s ranged anywhere from 20-55 in the last decade plus. 3k and 5k were from 3 years ago. The longer races were from 5 years ago or more on 18 mpw. The 800, K, mile, and 5000 were all from this indoor season on
