There was another photo I saw somewhere where he was reaching for his fanny pack (got caught by photographer) and pauses looking guilty into the camera.

Here's Frank - running
I don't know where or when

I remember once playing with some run/walk calculators and to run a sub 3 marathon I and still walk at 10-1s or some sh!t I needed to run a 6:30/mi or some sh!t vs a 6:52.
So Frank's 2:53 means he really had to be running sub 6 to keep his average where it was with all his stops. He literally should have been blowing past the plebes running 6:30/mi for their measly 2:48-2:50s.
Flucking Frank da bomb!
No seriously like sub 6min/mi to make up for all his times. I love it. Frank could run a sub 2:40 if he 'tried'.
Guy has one hell of a heel strike for someone running sub 2:55 for the marathon!!!
I'm surprised Derek didn't point it out, but if he did indeed spend ~6 minutes off course not running as we now know, he would have had to actually run the rest of the course at ~2:47 pace to finish in 2:53!
Where are these photos taken?
The tiny blue blobs in the background could be FM doing his stretch routine...

I’ve addressed that point in different ways. I referenced that in regards to the 10k mat, and the fact that he stopped multiple times while breaking the record.
There are so many ways to frame this and it all leads to the same obvious conclusion.
I don’t think anyone really believes he’s run those times.
" I was truly hoping he was the real deal and that I would be able to race him head to head, but it wouldn’t appear that it’s going to happen." (Gene Dykes)
Well, this a classic demolition. A resounding slap. The biggest punishment in the meantime is not to delete the results in the official lists. Just in parentheses the link to "marathoninvestigation.com". True clown status.

So, the onus is on Phoenix and LA to disqualify NOW. Evidence is clear. Tick tock. What are the race directors waiting for? (who are the race directors?)
They should DQ, absolutely, but I actually hope LA waits a bit -- having Frank's name up as age group winner and unofficial world record setter provides considerably more motivation for some reporter to pick up the story and take it to the next level.

Numbnuts, Canadian Running plagiarized a previously published article. FM was never interviewed by them.
Hard to take bozos like you seriously when you can’t get simple facts straight.
Even harder to take a bellend like you seriously when the straight fact is you are simple.
It was a telephone interview with Meza on the topic of the cheating allegations you Moran.

They're the 10km mat again - the change in perspective threw me. I believe the three orange cones are in line with the timing strip. That makes me pretty sure the blue bob is FM. The prior series shows he was waiting from at least Kevin Kim (grey t-shirt), to Clement Dalmay (orange) - at least a minute. This adds a few seconds to that.

Why would a DQ not be enough for you if you feel like it doesn't get enough press?

Sometimes you have to spell it out for the population - not me - but the uninitiated. Really show how the math is impossible in different ways. Remember ELI5 and TLDR are important.

This brings an interesting question - where do we all see this going? Do we want him to just be DQ'd? or his life ruined? Does he need to be on the front page of every newspaper in America?
Touchy subject.
Honestly I'd like to see a public apology. It might help convince some of the other cheaters to stop or try harder.

And if he's DQd and you don't get a public apology?
I've located the third place finisher on Facebook. He lives in Los Angeles. Sent him a message with link to Derek's site and brief description of how Frank's bumped him down a place.
Suggested that he is in a good position to contact L.A. M and ask that they adjust their results correctly as he is directly penalised by this. He hasn't posted on his page since 2017 though, so no idea if he'll get the message.

Simple. I would like the races (LA/Phoenix) to do the right thing and enforce the rules they insist are of paramount importance. DQ now. I don't give a crap about what Letsruns' editors choose not to report on, Canadian Running Magazine does or doesn't get right, or if Frank Meza ever races again: (he wont). It's up to the RD's of these races to be the judge, jury and DQ-ers: then let the chips fall. If they did their jobs correctly and promptly, (like CIM), then Frank wouldn't not have been permitted to piss over the sport. (and lets be clear: he didn't even pee on LA). Marathon Investigation exists as a thing because of the lack of action taken by races across the country to adequately enforce rules immediately after or when presented with overwhelming evidence weeks, months, etc. If the races don't DQ, then frankly that IS the real story as far as I'm concerned and the focus and ire should be directed towards them and their sponsors

That’s a very creepy thing to do. Even worse is mentioning that you did it. If he doesn’t respond are you planning to wait outside his door so you can accost him in person and then get pi$$ed off at him if he doesn’t want to contact LAM?

Hi Frank,
Coming clean with this will be the quickest way to make this stop. People will have a lot more respect for you. With a simple DQ people will still be going through in detail all of your previous races. The scrutiny is already spilling over to your family so please do the right thing.
I'd still be satisfied with a DQ. But that's the B goal. Need a stretch goal.
