The person who needs a hobby is the guy who has spent 10+ years cheating at road races and triathlons. That's just pathetic.
Cheating at races is his hobby. Why jog when you can drive?
Wearing a GPS watch will prove nothing. Can't you export and manipulate GPS data to make it look like anything you want? I'm actually kind of surprised he hasn't done this already..
I’m also disappointed he hasn’t self-prescribed a TUE for “asthma” meds! Looks like he’s winded a bit!

Can you extend it out with the entire sequence of pictures from that camera from the time that we first see Frank stretching (or anything else) on the side of the street through the time that Frank and the guy in orange pass by the camera? Also, circle Frank in each shot so that everyone knows what we're looking at from the outset.

https://imgur.com/BKstkhd“Wienered?” In Frankfurt they call them “Wieners” (which means “from Vienna” in German; Vienna sausages). In Vienna they call them Frankfurters. In English, frank’s a wiener/weenie.
Cambria Wu passed me right by during our race at the Wrigley River Run in Long Beach Saturday. She was about a mile from finishing the 10k and I was finishing the 10 mile. Some uniformed men on the sidelines were razzing me about not being able to stay with her. I get no respect. (actually most of the 10k runners passing me were very encouraging-----AND actually "running" in races is pretty fun----)

I just did what you suggest, every hit on the first results page was about the cheating

Looks like Cambria was most likely just handing off a water bottle to another Janes runner (photo taken right before Cambria):

Just had my daughter Google his name on her computer for a fresh look (unaffected by my interest). It’s all cheating stuff at the top.

Thank you!
Just as the greats before him, Frank has earned his place on memegenerator.net

This comes up every time, many people have claimed they can do it but nobody has actually managed to demonstrate it, the last person I challenged immediately started demanding I pay him up front for his time. Jane Seo tried and this was spotted pretty easily, Rob Young's were quickly seen through.
Love the video on YouTube because he cuts off the wheelchair! Frank’s disabled by his inability to feel remorse, so in that sense it’s fair.
There once was a cheater named Frank,
His morals, I tell you, they stank!
He cut off a ‘chair,
He said “All is fair,
Because I’m addicted to Crank!”
At this point, I find it interesting that he's doubling down on the fact that he ran an honest race.
He could totally deflect and say, "look, I ran an honest race, but I left the course to pee because of hydration issues and did not re-enter at the same location. This was an unintentional violation of the rules that I was not aware of. Accordingly, I'm asking that my result stricken. I'll just train for another marathon and run with a gps in the future. I love running and look forward to racing in the future."
Pasadena half.
FM - #8189 - is running in a group of 3 (or maybe 4 I think the guy in red has shown up in the thread as well). Including a woman who isn't wearing a number or a belt.

At other points in the race she has a belt and a number and it looks like Frank's. Even the black clip attachments are the same.

Can you imagine being Frank (and possibly accomplices) and following this thread, watching powerlessly as your web of lies unravels thread by thread? Not knowing what photos or videos are going to be detected next?
Good find, the clincher for me is that all photos are tagged with that number
I haven't got the time or energy to figure out what's going on here but maybe an unexpected photographer catching him off pace?
