If y'all were innocent, unable to disprove a negative (no GPS watch, etc. to establish your innocence), and had the financial means, you'd hire an attorney and PR firm in the land of lawyers and PR firms as well.
while avocado's # is correct, keep in mind that he was wearing TWO watches, at least one of them looking like a gps watch, which he could have easily shared to disprove derek. He chose not to, for reasons we're not privy to but can certainly make informed assumptions about.

Well done, Derek! Can't wait to see follow-up results. It might be interesting to put together a 5k split table of FM's 2015 CIM where he runs 2 18's between 20-25k and 35-40k in the HEAT, compared to Whitlock's 2:54:48 and Dykes 2:54:23 5k splits. Someone who has better computer skills than me.

I’m not certain either is a GPS. I have a closeup of one of the watches that I grabbed after Phoenix I believe, and it just showed time. If we assume for the moment that Frank is a course cutter, why would he wear a GPS? Hypothetically one watch could be tracking individual splits and the other his total time.
I looked at my pictures from the LA Marathon in 2019.. I was drenched with sweat pretty early on, wearing a tank top and shorts. LA is always humid. How is this guy, at mile 11 in a long sleeve shirt with an under shirt, not sweating at all? Makes no sense. The LA Marathon is almost never cold.. and it certainly wasn't cold in 2019.
Any why is it always doctors doing this stuff? Kip Litton, Frank Meza, and there is a Dr. in Phoenix, Greg Pafford, also busted for course cutting.
I noticed Derek has made no mention of petitioning L.A. Marathon to disqualify Frank and reinstate the correct podium placers. Pretty pointless unless this is done IMO.
The part where he clearly enters the course without ever leaving it should be enough grounds for disqualification for even the most reluctand race director.
.

LOL. Just rattling his saber. How funny would that be if during discovery Frank is forced to turn over all of his gps files.
Why? What would be the trigger to cheat? Challenge perhaps?
One thing I noticed... wrote:

Of course I’ve made LA aware. And I’m sure dozens of others have as well.

Would be nice to get these race results off the books. As I am just a few years younger than Frank, I don't need a curve wrecker who's a cheat messing up my AG times. Now if I could just get Ed and Gene off the books too.....

Don't forget triathlon/running/mountain bike serial cheat Julie Miller. She is a mental health counselor.
I did warn you a while back Frank, and looks like there's more to come.
It's still not too late.
Interesting the sort of responses you see to doubler's article. Vince said this on MI: "His 2015 LA results have one slow split, the rest are pretty even. One bathroom stop would explain it."
The slow split is less interesting than the fast ones. We're asked to believe that between 35k and 40k, starting at the 21 mile point in a marathon on an extremely hot day, a 66-year old runner completed a 5k segment 38 seconds per mile faster than his average pace and 57 seconds faster than his previous 5k segment.
Age graded that's a 91% 5k performance, equivalent to a young athlete running a 14:12. This would be a remarkable time on its own. But here it allegedly occurred between miles 21 and 24 of a marathon!

I've been wondering about this all along. In the three minute video the women have on only jogbras and the men are either singlets or short sleeve tees. One guy has a long sleeve with a short sleeve over it. At that pace in my opinion he would be soaked with sweat after ten miles.
I've witnessed people pee themselves during races to avoid losing time (I'm told this is particularly common in triathlon), and I unfortunately once witnessed a guy over exert and poo his pants on the final straightaway during a particularly hot nasty day.
However, outside of trail running in secluded areas, I've never seen or heard of anyone just whipping it out in public in and peeing on the side of a building during a race, especially when the race provides enough facilities along the route. I suppose at 70+ one may lose some inhibition, but nonetheless...

Me neither, unless it is someone who hopes to be seen by many while peeing against the entrance door of a well-known company (video surveillance included) to show a strong sign against capitalism.

Good heavens people. There are so many clear indications he’s a course cutter, why do some people still act unsure?
Frank will NEVER run another sub-3.
And his threat to obtain counsel is absolutely an admission of guilt. Innocent people don’t respond that way.
Sorry Frank, but the gig is up.
And $25,000 if you can run a sub-3 on any marathon of your choice (with observers verifying).
Yes time for the return of the Brojos challenge
