Agree with Golgi here. A great cheater doesn’t get caught so most notorious is probably a better argument to make. People tend to lionize the most recent and since it’s the age of participation trophies here are my winners.

Most Creative: Litton makes up a marathon but the details were sloppy.
Biggest Douche: Rossi’s bombastic letter, veiled threats, and penchant for violence make him the runaway winner here.
Lifetime Achievement Award: Frank’s methodical slicing and dicing of his PRs over a decade is restrained and maniacal but you can’t keep on robbing the same bank.
Obviously these four belong on the Mt. Rushmore of cheating.
At least from what I’ve read, Rosie was more clueless than audacious.
She had no intention of “winning” Boston, but was too clueless to realize she jumped in ahead of all the women.
