The marathon says they have retail footage.
Wouldn't the retail video footage be releasable if someone files a freedom of information request?

Haha, checkmate for about the tenth time.
All the furtively lurking and on stepping on to course photos need to be collated on to a blog (no narrative required except for which event it was) and forwarded to the latest apologist Aztlan Athletics CEO Jose Zavalos and released to the general media.

The man coaches at your school for 30 years! You ran an article on his amazing Phoenix marathon a few months ago!
Have some integrity Loyola! Do the right thing. Condemn his actions. Hold yiur other coaches accountable..
He was probably given the choice, you go and we say you resigned or dig your heels in and we say it was services no longer required, i.e. sacked, fired, terminated, whatever.

can someone put 3 or 4 shots from each timing mat into a youtube video similar to what doubler did for LAM 2019?
i dont know how much effort it would take but it'd be easy to distribute and people like youtube vids.

No sign of Frank in the first photo in the series. Then, draw your own conclusions from these three photos.

Team effort to be sure. And sorry to keep you waiting, but Doubler says it’s okay to share now.
LA Marathon 2017.
Hmmm…any questions?
Doubler had said the LA Marathon cut off contact with him. Is there still a chance of going after Frank for 2017? Or at this point is the LA Marathon closing up shop on Frankie? Their inability to respond to some reporters doing articles on Frank today tells me the LA Marathon has decided they are done and moving on. I'd much prefer they take the time to look into each race Frank has run with them.
But it will still make a great article on MI and any other further coverage where doubler is interviewed should include all the LA races.

This pic has it all..."No Hurry" Frank facing the wrong way in some inscrutable interaction with another off-courser, and a hot chick up front and center!
If there was a hot chick, I would run towards the hot chick instead of away from the hot chick!

They don't need to, they can just go off the MI investigation on the LAM's when it's released and DQ him based on that, it will probably include the lurking and stepping in photos which is enough just in itself.

Picture of Frank on a bike? Just for the heck of it, I picked a race from Derek’s list of Frank’s finishes that I had not seen a lot of analysis on: the 2014 San Francisco Marathon where he had a chip time of 2:59:41. I looked at pictures of runners who had approximately the same clock time. I came across this picture of runner 185, who had a clock time of 3:05:52 compared to Frank’s clock time of 3:04:00. Take a look at the biker in the background. Green socks like Frank wore in that race. Shoes look similar. Hard to tell on the hat. Maybe some folks better at this than me can take a look. Frank’s bib was 20274. The picture is the 7th in the series for runner 185. First link is to the actual picture. Second link is to look at all the race pictures. You can type in bib numbers for runner 185 or Frank.

Pretty sure that none of you doofi are focusing on hot chick pics. You are only looking for pictures of a decrepit 70 year old man. You are memorizing his clothing, his running stride and you are sickeningly, disgustingly curious about what he is doing with his lanyard, dongle or whatever that thing that he has hanging down is...For Brojos sake, does it really matter how often this man swings his lanyard?
You did good. You made your point and got the LAM DQ and surely others will follow. Unfortunately, you are starting to resemble the psychotic person that you state you hate.
Hop over to the SFH thread, take a deep breath and clear your eyes. You have been staring at this old cheating geezer for so long that many of you have started leaving him advice notes that are sounding dangerously like love letters.
Looks like FM to me....

His gray long sleeve shirt from the bike photo is now wrapped around his waist in the finishing photos.
Someone owes “Frank on a bike” $5000. I’ll search for the post later.
I wanted to take the time to congratulate and thank the RD and all involved at CIM who recognized Frank for the fraud that he is and acted accordingly. Then when it turned into repeat behaviour they DQ'd him again and banned him for life.
This is how you protect the integrity of your race and our sport.
Without this decisive action Franks cheating may have continued to go unnoticed.
Same shoes. Same socks. Same hat. Same hoodie wrapped around his waist in the finish line photos. This is Frank caught in the action cheating the race, he did it with a bike like many on here supposed. Unbelieveable.

I bow down to you, sir/ma'am. Shoes look right. Socks look right. Hat has the white spot on it like the Nike swoosh in later photos. Grey sweatshirt from the finish photos looks right. Even the watch looks right.
I am not worthy of your awesomeness.
We finally have an answer, I believe. As someone said earlier, wow. Just wow.
Now, let's find out what the tire pressure is on those tires, and our work at LRC will be completely done.
The red white blue shoes...FYI...photo blows up real clear on my iPhone

Jesus Semenya Christ! That is the Zapruder shot of the whole Enchilada! We are not worthy!
Great work Deadesq! I wondered what happened to Frank for those 53 seconds between the 6 mile marker and the 10K mat. He was ahead of schedule and needed to “slow down”. Notice the two watches on his right wrist.
Frank Meza Report wrote:
There’s other photographic and timing mat evidence of Frank Meza’s shenanigans in previous LA Marathons. In 2017 he gives up 53 seconds to a group of runners he’s pictured with (6 mile marker) in less than 0.2 miles. He’s pictured with A1116 shortly after the 6 mile marker (approximately 100 ft after).
In an earlier photo at the beginning of Echo Park Lake along Glendale Blvd Frank is captured running by himself with runners following him in the distance. This is about 0.2 Miles from the 6 mile marker. Runner one is wearing a white hat and singlet with glasses and blue shoes, A1049. Runner two is wearing a neon green singlet and dark shorts, A1116. In the photos you can see him blow by Frank in a few strides shortly after the 6 mile marker.

A1116 40:36 Neon Singlet
