Hey how about more stories of Frank’s running past, let us get to know the real person. And tell us about some recent races that we don’t know about. Does Frank still work out with the Aztlan group, is he on their board or any committees anymore?
Frank is also a dwarf, yet he has a glacially slow cadence and the stride length of an armadillo. How does he hit that world record speed? How does he defy the laws of physics as well as those of fair play?
.

You see what you're doing right? You cant even prove the narrative that he cheated so you're dragging his personal life and acquaintances into this to find some other way to "stick" it to him.
Leave them alone.
Googled him yesterday & even the local East L.A. paper carried the story, so it’s all over the street, water coolers, etc.

I am pleading with you, with tears in my eyes, to present some evidence that he knowingly cheated and took an alternate form of transportation.
It's all here. READ ALL ABOUT IT, READ ALL ABOUT IT:

In this same exact thread we have him on video running what looks like a 6:30. We have others saying to NOT offer him a challenge because he will run a close time and "that makes the investigation look bad."
You cant have it both ways. Either he can run a 6:30 and can come close to, or beat, a challenge, OR he's glacially slow.
You all are idiots.

Until someone does that, we have ruined the lives and careers of seemingly otherwise very good men and mentors.
Lives? Careers? Plural? Who, other than Frank? Please present your evidence of these allegations.
Meanwhile....

Literally his alibi of "racing for fun" absolves him of any wrongdoing. He admitted he stopped. He admitted he doesn't care about the time. He offered to self DQ to satisfy your insanity. At what point do you agree that you care about a 70 year old's hobbyjog more than he does...?
I don't even read this idiot's posts, let alone try to answer them. It is really poor trolling and I am amazed that some of you are taking the time to actually argue with this moran. His "logic" is actually cringeworthy bad - like infantile.
Just skip over them, it makes reading the thread much easier.

Nothing sadder than a lonely no-life look-at-me internet knob craving the attention of the crowd.

I cant have it both ways. Either he can run a 6:30 for the full marathon distance and can come close to, or beat, a challenge, OR he's glacially slow.
I am an idiot
I don't disagree with a word of that.
Meza obviously wishes for a return to an era where people with status could offend others “below” them without consequences.

Diaz? Bland? The ADA? Loyola administration? Kids and parents?
If you think this thread has not affected them negatively, you are wrong.
And for what? NO evidence that he cheated at a non-WR eligible hobbyjog which he's stated he's fine with being DQed for because he doesn't care about timing.
LRC response? "Oh suuuuuure he doesn't care about timing! I do! So he must! What are you trying to hiiiiiide Frank?"

Will Frank sue for damages, then? Why not?
Frank is now known throughout his community as Frank Tortuga Meza. This is in honour of his appearance, cadence, stride length and overall velocity. Well done Frank.

Skips the eggs and over-hydrates. Some say he learned it from Caballo Blanco. Others say self-taught. And the other 99.9% say it comes from over-dawdling during ten years of fudge.
No matter what, Frankie can't seem to part with the baseball cap look.

I am not Frank's counsel but I would almost assuredly think any counsel he does have would not pursue the case. It's not worth it.
He wanted to give up and go away. You all won't allow that.
I would be more concerned for the posters on this thread if there were a discovery and that necessitated the forum to pierce their veil of anonymity. It can and does happen from time to time. See also: topix.com. Who here is willing to bring this outside of an anonymous forum? My guess is not many.
Didn’t Frank post videos boasting of his WR performance, listed all the people you mentioned in various other public forums, freely discussed his training with Loyola. Didn’t he actively seek the recognition of an elite athlete and not a hobbyjogger? Didn’t he bring this all on himself, and only he can clear it up? Didn’t he bring tons of embarrassment on everyone he dragged into this by his lack of transparency?

Why yes. Yes he did.
