TMAW--deadesq's quote above does not strike me as a rhetorical question or hollow challenge. I'm seriously interested in what definitive proof, or even snippets of truth, you're clinging to. Based on your rhetorical methods in this thread, I have to believe you've had some legal training, or you have lawyers in your family. In fact, you look to be using the same kind of approach commonly used by defense attorneys, i.e. paint the presented evidence with a broad brush without addressing specific, damning details, deflect by use of non-sequiturs such as the race card, use arguments about how the defendant's life will be ruined, and so on.
