There's more than one reputation on the line with this saga and it's about to unravel.
My info is he's not coming clean because if he does the first questions will be:
1. How did you do it?
2. Was there anyone else involved?
3. Who else knew about it?

IMHO I think the best think you can do is write up a front page article on Meza, similar to the ones you did on the Philly cheater, with input from Derek Murphy outlining Meza's cheating and why exposing cheaters/dopers, etc matters to maintaining the integrity of the sport.
Just sayin'.
Why include the MI guy?
All the work was done on this thread and that guy didn’t even believe he was cheating until all the evidence posters on this thread presented.

Because sharing a link over and over drives it up the list on search engines and it encapsulates the info into a more reader-ready, concise format than this thread.

Any reasonable person has seen that Derek gives credit where due. In addition, he uncovered some ‘smoking gun’ evidence.
The fact that he didn’t accuse or suspect the guy before he dug into it is a bad thing?

Give me a break.

I suspect that among the doctors on staff at Kaiser Permanente, more than a few of them are recreational runners, and probably some of them are fairly competitive or marathoners themselves. At least among that group, Meza's shenanigans have probably been a subject of conversation between rounds. Whether or not any disciplinary action comes down, Meza knows that his cheating is known and that his reputation in his community is tarnished.
I can assure you with 100% certainty that this is true.

Well, it was discussed way back, if he ran a BQ in the same race as Francisco, are we to believe that his son didn’t know/ thought his dad was nearly as fast as him?

He's claiming 2:45 or less if you subtract his potty and stretching stops.

He did dig into it, moran.

Frank there is a website about famous cheater Dr Kip Litton (you'll find the link below) this runs to many pages and will remain on the WWW for ever, just think about that and who can now and in the future read it.
My guess is that somewhere right now someone is compiling one on you and it's already past the number of pages on Litton's with plenty more to come.
Come clean, admit you were wrong and in a short time it will all fade away.
Keep denying and the eventual website on you will be gargantuan.
Just sayin'.

Lots of people have reported Frank’s results to me.
I had looked at a couple of his prior races in detail (2017 LA for one) and couldn’t find anything that would lead me to conclude that he cheated. There is a photo of him off the side of the course during LA 2017, but that was well after he completed the race. I mention this because I’ve had emailers reference that as evidence, but it proves nothing.
I’m aware of CIM 2014. I agree that his DQ there merits extra scrutiny of his other results.
I do have a lot of photos and some video . I will look into everything with more scrutiny. But initially, there’s nothing that jumps out.
This. Even after lots of people had provided ample evidence.
I agree that he does little work of his own. Just relies on others to provide the evidence.

Dogs have intuition, unlike Frank, if he did he'd know the game was over.
https://www.morrisanimalinn.com/news/dog-intuition-5-things-your-dog-knows-before-you/If doublers latest article is accurate then it would seem that Frank just can't help but bend the truth to suit whatever agenda he might have.
It's kind of sad. Get help Frank.

I don't believe that we know each other. Perhaps we have crossed paths at a road or trail race in the Southern California are over the years. I am an active Masters level runner with connections in the high school XC/track scene.
I have been certain about Meza's cheating for several years. As I indicated in a separate post under a different name, I just didn't have the technical expertise to prove it. I sent an email to Lets Run way back in 2015 in an attempt to get the story out in the open. Once I saw your post following LA, I hoped that if I posted a few responses that I could help develop some momentum to the thread...and here we are 3,000+ posts later!
I am grateful for your original post and for your ability to recognize the truth of Meza's cheating once the evidence was provided. Our sport deserves integrity at all levels, even for us old guys still trying to stay competitive in the upper age groups!
See you out on the roads and trails!

Learning from the likes of Ruiz, Litton, Rossi, etc., he could truly stand out by being the one to come clean. It’s too late to restore much widespread faith in his integrity, but an admission and apology would be the best thing. He’d be able to sleep a lot easier, and then he could let the story fade and others’ experience of him turn back to the good that he’s done — and that I’d expect he plans to do in his remaining years (which I hope he has many of). The story is bizarre and sad, but it doesn’t have to end that way.

we all knew that as soon as this broke Frank would never run again, or at least not to level he purports to have achieved.
whatever the excuse may be he will not run now that he knows people are watching.
