All of a sudden the DA is now in private practice? Are you on a retainer?

Well, we are waiting wrote:
Scott, how about showing us that guaranteed proof you have. Let’s make Frank great again.
I do not have the time to respond to trolls at this point. Those guilty of slander will be held accountable and definitive proof showing Frank did in fact run the times in question will be released at the appropriate time.

Can’t wait for it...
Have you read all of those marathoninvestigation.com articles yet, Scott? Take a good hard read, please, before you waste any more time defending.
That's a good idea. Turning down a mere 5k at marathon pace would look really suspicious. In a similar vein, if the charity was chosen for him, it could be something to benefit poor Latin-American students in East L.A.
Similarly, I think the charity should be chosen for him, and it should be MiMentor ("Our mission is to develop and support innovative and inclusive mentorship opportunities that will inspire the next generation of diverse healthcare leaders for underserved communities") . This is a charity with which he has been associated in the past. He even spoke at their gala; you can catch a glimpse of him at 0:47 in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMJo390ouM0
What should be an easy 5k with a nice sum for a decent organization. Who knows, maybe he'll beg out for some reason (as suggested), but save face by donating the amount he stood to earn to the charity from his pocket. Then everybody wins.

The appropriate time was about a month ago...
Are you using the office of the DA to defend Frank, and now intimidate posters here seeking the truth?

"The appropriate time" .. ha ha ha ha. That ship has sailed.

You are a liar and a troll yourself. There have been hundred and hundreds of hours spent analysing Frank's cheating and you think that your airy, waffling threats and talk of "definitive proof" will trump that? No Chance.
You are clearly cut from the same cloth as Frank. Either explain the clear-cut cheating that as been exposed here and on Marathon Investigation or just f^ck off. You are a disgrace. And as for being held "accountable", it's Frank that will happen to, in the court of public opinion, if not a court of law. And you will be tried there too, along with the two-bit shyster rhetoric you are spouting.
Derek, when you hear from me it will be through a deputy when he serves you.
Please explain this Scott? Just one out of three occasions where Frank was caught off the course. Nice and simple and easy to see what's going on. Any suggestions...
My 2 cents --
Contract Frank first to afford him one last opportunity to not humiliate himself further.
If he still maintains that he has the FKT for the marathon for 70 year olds, then bring it on.
I vote for the 5K at marathon race pace .. but up the ante. There is no way he can run that .. so I'd go at least $25K. I realize it's not my money, but it's safe.
Oh and let us know if you get threatened by a "lawyer".

At the very least he's posting here on the taxpayer's dime during work hours lol.
Yes time to get those emails heading to Scott's bosses too. Misusing his status to try and intimidate the public from scrutinising the actions of his shady friend. I think that there could be a much bigger story here for the right reporter as well...

Boys ... no way in world this is Scott. I like the trolling though!

This doesn’t help anyone.
I think it is humorous and hopefully a few others do to.
I don't think it's particularly humorous, but more to the point, it's extremely unhelpful to post a "doctored" video, chopping up and re-ordering Frank's words in order to misrepresent what he has said. Presumably, you want to show that he is a fraud -- not that you, too, are capable of misrepresenting things, even if your intent is humorous.
If you want to be helpful, post the original video, starting with Frank's claim that he "just completed the LA marathon a few hours ago in what I hope is the U.S. record time for a 66-year-old," followed by the unintentionally ironic comment that "Frank Meza's the real deal . . . You know, he walks the walk after he talks the talk," along with the numerous other words of praise by friends and colleagues who may -- or may not -- have been duped by his claims. That video, which was previously posted on at least two web sites lauding Frank's accomplishments, has apparently been deleted, and I'm hoping that you or someone else here has saved it. It would be useful in rebutting assertions that he never trumpeted his alleged running achievements and questions from some who are wondering why so many people seem to be picking on a now-retired 70-year-old physician for what may appear to be a little harmless fibbing.
I do have the original video but am currently on the road traveling so don’t have access to post it.
PLEASE don't encourage him.
No more videos from the "guru."
His.
Videos.
Are.
Awful.
Thank you for your cooperation.
This is actually great. The more Scott threatens etc the more focus will come to bear on Frank. Imagine if he actually does try to sue? All of Frank's cheating will be under the public spotlight and things will get worse and worse for him.
If I were Frank, I'd be telling Scott to shut the F&ck up and let things die down. Old Scotty is throwing gasoline on this thread instead. Lol.

I agree with revisiting the Rossi challenge of $10k for a sub 20 5K and to make it interesting we ask Rossi and Kip if they want to be Pacers.
Why LR? MarathonInvestingating.com should issue the $10K challenge. It's more in that wheelhouse.
