With all these cheating events has been worked out yet how he did it?

I think a video of just 2019 and all the video/pics of him doing nothing in the middle of his world record would resonant more with the average runner. narrate with him peeing once, and then him lurking about, stretching for minutes, etc.
I'd do it, but i'm sure one of the whacks here will make it so.

If he worked for me and I saw that he made that video, I’d fire him.

"who knew and how many people knew?" - Not sure, but hard to believe it wouldn't reach double figures.

There's another six Cross Country/T&F coaches at LHS, they must have known about it and talked about it between themselves and the whole of the LHS Athletic department, if they didn't know they shouldn't be coaches.
http://athletics.loyolahs.edu/staffFYI......everyone on this thread repeats the mantra about the "sub 3" marathons of Gene Dykes and Ed Whitlock. As a runner, I can assure you there is a HUGE difference between 2:54 and 3:00. Almost a mile difference. Stand at a finish line for 6 minutes. It is a LONG time. Ed and Gene are so far beyond anyone who has ever run at age 70. At one time I thought Frank Meza was really running these races. 2:52 and 2:53. I promoted Frank constantly at races. I was so impressed with his times...and the steady improvement. I actually believed he only improved so much each year on purpose..because he was so disciplined. If I had suspected he was cheating, I would have looked into this. Of course, I had never heard of Frank Meza until around 3 years ago. I have only been running half-marathons for 3 years. (I did run a 4 hour long run Saturday of 25 miles....crazy to think that Frank Meza could run that far at 6:36 pace) This has been a real eye-opener. The clues were there all along. If Frank was really that good , many many many people would have known. He lives in so cal...where there are so many great runners.....and noone was aware of Frank Meza...or were not aware of how close he was getting to WR times.
The real issue is that Frank looks like Frank and anyone believed he ran those times.

Rod, when you were a true believer and you "promoted Frank constantly at races." had you ever seen him run or even a photo of him, say like this one?:

the issue now is that Frank knows what we know and still chooses to deny or give no explanation at all...as though he thinks we will eventually lose interest...
I had just seen the video when he was younger about diabeties, and him running shuffling into the distance. And some race photos LB, LAM. Yes I was a tiny bit put off by his look, but no pics were blatant seeming...like the ones we now see... I do ask myself...what were you thinking

He's a Kaiser Dr? Fake health care anyway.... Personality is perfect. Yes, I feel sort of bad saying that, some people there do some good work , I am sure. However, there are some serious problems with this institution.
Most of my disposable income goes to these HMOs. Employer doesn't cover it all, so I have to pay $700 a month for my dependents.
I agree with Smoove's comments about sticking to the running wrt to the original subject.

If he was a relative I would disown him.
To make myself perfectly clear...nothing I post regarding my opinion that Frank Meza has cheated at most of his marathons....is intended to motivate others to do the kind of harm that seems to permeate on this thread. This reaction to someone doing no more that you know of than cheat at marathons...is off the charts for too much. Which begs the question...with no BS justification...why? Wait, I've actually read enough already. Please drop the subject, there is really nothing more to say. You're point has been made. Thanks.
