I don't want to get involved in this but someone should look through San Francisco 2017 pictures. A lot will be explained and a new twist will be revealed.

There are some people on this thread who have addressed concerns about bandits at races. It is certainly relevant to Frank Meza’s mindset. We were just passing time “proving” Frank Meza cheated at previous races. The bottom line of “did he cheat”, has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. When someone posts as rudely as you Greg, one has to ask “are you the distractor/deflector”? And for who? Someone with vested interests in the Frank Meza camp? Who’s side are you on? Most of us are simply on the side of having the truth be revealed. Frank Meza’s denials and explanations have challenged many posters to find more proof....to be guilt beyond “all” doubt.
The longer this goes on without LAM acting I think just emboldens other cheaters to follow Frank's mantra:
1. Come up with a silly excuse
2. Deny, deny, deny over insurmountable evidence
3. Nothing happens, the post falls off the main page, continue on with life and your World Record time
Anyone that has admitted to cheating because of one of Derek's investigations are probably kicking themselves right now.

What race, specifically? I don't find him as a finisher in the San Fran marathon that year.
Who is the person in the 2019 LA marathon video talking with Frank right before he jumps on the course? She is wearing a race bib and appears to be talking with someone just off screen, at the exact location Frank appears seconds later. To me, it looks like she could have just been running the way she's walking with her hands on her hips. And why does the resolution of the video improve right after the point we could probably identify her?

Francisco appears in the video and talks about Frank. Frankly, with what we know about Frank cheating, I'm struck with a mixture of sadness for them and disgust to know he cheated. He talks about the marathon and setting the record several times throughout the video!
Rookie mistake on my part, posted this video last night and then early this morning thought I ought to download a copy of it before it disappears, too late! Did anyone else happen to download a copy?
Something to consider, especially since Kaiser Permenante is involved which means big bucks, a lot of "evidence" for his cheating can be made to disappear! If you find something, get a copy before sharing! This might explain the reluctance of Letsrun.com to address/publicize any of this...

There is no proof that he cheated. He certainly did based on a wide amount of circumstantial evidence but there is not one iota of evidence proving that he cheated.
Lack of him in photos is not evidence. His presence at timing mats is actually supporting evidence, “ proof” that he ran the race. That’s the point of having the mats.
If he had missed mats then that would be evidence that he didn’t run. That’s why LAM can’t DQ him. Their method of proof shows that he didn’t cheat despite the fact that logically he did.

If there is an accomplice, it wouldn't surprise me if it is Francisco! Have you all watched this video?

I would be extremely hesitant to accuse Francisco since there is no proof. Tons of people register early but don’t run. Since their bib numbers were very low, Frank could have registered both of them to save $100.
Interesting that the facebook post on MiMentor -- Alliance in Mentorship page has apparently been taken down:

Yes. Interesting. This thread is being monitored by people who matter in Frank's world and they don't like what they see. Whether he is DQed by L.A. or not (he damn-sure should be!), he is already paying a price for being a cheat. I doubt he'll be coaching again, he's received the last of his civic awards and recognition, the level of esteem he has enjoyed professionally will erode.
I just spent a few minutes reviewing the SF marathon (Biofreeze) ...Gene Dykes ran the full marathon. I checked all Meza’s photos. So another clue would seem necessary...
To the anonymous poster re San Fran 2017... are you really concerned your anonymity is not assured....or are you from the Frank Meza camp posting a false lead to distract....
wrong, wrong, wrong, (Frank or Frank's friend). He (you) admitted to peeing on a building: a violation of the LA Marathons rules so HE CAN and SHOULD get DQ'd. Yes, driving 56 mph in a 55 mile per hour zone but a violation and actionable given the mountain of evidence against him. His devious plot was rehearsed over and over again with that thought in mind: HIT EVERY MAT AND I WONT GET DETECTED. Anyway, If you pee you pay especially for a unquestionable cheat like him (you). Go back and deflect elsewhere. You're fighting a uphill battle supporting one of the most flagrant marathon/running cheats in history.
To be clear, I checked all runners with the last name of Meza at SF marathon ‘17...

What is your standard of proof ? What would satisfy you? Are you aware that "circumstantial evidence" is enough to convict in very serious offences? Forensic evidence is circumstantial.
Man, you’re dumber than a piece of toast.
Did you not read the part where I said that he cheated?
RP - I wasn't intending to come across as rude. Sorry you perceived my post as that way. I have posted some pix thru my own minor sleuthing (I'd love to have more time to really go thru the pix). My opinion is that harping on possible banditing friends doesn't really add that much to the discussion. All those that are interested in this fascinating story should really sleuth the races in the athlinks profile such as:
United airlines R&R LA 1/2 M 2016 and 2017 or 2018
LA Chinatown 10K 2017
Santa clarita 1/2 2016
SF mar 2014
SD R&R 1/2 - 2014
Carlsbad M - 2014
R&R Pasadena 1/2 2012
Long Beach M 2011
Kaiser Perm mara 2011
NYRR 1/2 grand prix staten Isl 1/2 2009

Yes i read that.
Did you fail to read my question ? what is your standard of proof? You say that there isn't any, what would satisfy you?

Idk about that. Bring it to an arbitrator, make the burden of proof the highest allowable "beyond a reasonable doubt" (99%+ certainty). Let the Honorable Lance Ito preside. Have Marcia Clark represent the accusers, and give the suspected cheater OJ's "dream team." I suspect, very strongly, that the jury/arbitrator still comes back in favor of the accusers.
That said, the running allegations, imo, do not take away from any of the accused cheater's other remarkable accomplishments. Any 70+ year old that can hold a full time job while balancing marathon training, volunteer work and life obligations is incredibly impressive. As previously noted, he's done a lot of remarkable stuff in the community and none of the allegations or ultimate conclusions detract from that.
" That’s why LAM can’t DQ." Your words, numbnuts! They can DQ! That's the point. I know it must be hard for morons like you to follow the logic I shoved in your face so just wipe the drool off your chin and deflect elsewhere.
