Since it's point-to-point, I guess a lot of people aren't parking around the start but are getting dropped off instead. So maybe he could pull it off, but it's a tightly congested route for first few miles. I would love to hear how he did this. I'm leaning towards an accomplice that brought the chip to him at the side of the road where he's stretching ahead of the 10k mat.
After that, I guess on a Sunday morning in car-obsessed LA it wouldn't be that difficult. But it still would take some work.
