And on the topic of legal issues...
Our boy Frank has no shot in a defamation case. He’s a public figure so he’d have to show that the accusations of cheating are false AND that such accusations were made with actual malice (a blatant disregard for the truth). Good luck with that. A trial, which would never occur, would just be a parade of evidence that he cheats. He’d get crushed.
And speaking of cheating, what was the upshot on doubler and the Sprouts Mesa-PHX Marathon? That was also a "world record" -- and one that is referenced on the Loyola High School athletic website.
(see

One also notes that that Loyola High School's website states that "Ultimately, [the Ignatian vision] guides Loyola High School to prepare young men in conscience and intellect, through wisdom and action, to become 'Men for and with Others,' who serve unselfishly in order that the universal goals of goodness, truth and justice may be shared by the whole human family."
In what way does Loyola High School's publicizing -- or capitalizing on -- FM's duplicitous "world record" represent an unselfish commitment to goodness, truth and justice?
If someone from Loyola High School sees this post and can elucidate, please do...
