Sage, you don't have to apologize to anyone. It's not like there's even a one time OT qualifier on this board.
People should respect you simply for your transparency commenting on here.
Craig Virgin? Wejo? JasoninawhoreinThailand?

Sage is old if you’re stupid or too lazy to look up age-group records

shut the hell up you triggered old pansy:):):):)
So I'm in my office looking at a day of lame meetings & Sage is out there on the trails training for Comrades. Lots of runners with more talent than Sage who are at jobs like mine, but he's out there living a life that seems pretty awesome. He's had some good results, some not so good, but he's got the courage to get after it, whether the odds are in his favor or not, whether he wins or gets dropped. As a fan, I wish there were more guys like him out there, it would make the sport a lot more interesting.
55, you can’t count

He needs to quit Veganism, and start eating some red meat, if he is serious about his running career.
Some people on LR are obsessed about diet, can't stop talking about it, can't help but to attribute every success and failure to it and can't understand that nobody else is interested in their opinion. Just stop trying to diagnose people over the internet and stop giving advice nobody asked for.
55 WR is 159 miles in a day, the magnificent Kruglikov
Possibly the only guy I was ever truly afraid of, even unarmed

He surely got to you. 55 and you're proud. Try actually running and maybe you won't be so fat.
Truth is not pride
It’s a weird quirk of running discussions that when elites or sub-elites get criticized by followers of the sport for performances, there’s always people rushing in to say “YOU try running that fast!” If someone criticizes LeBron’s performance in LA this year, nobody ever breaks into the discussion to say, “YOU try playing basketball at that level!” Are we just supposed to praise every single performance?
WRs are trolled here, but even Gehrig was booed out of baseball before revealing an illness that was named after him.
Don't worry about all the haters Sage. They are probably mostly intels which are jealous that you have couch sandy. Even Bekele has had off days but is still the greatest and will bounce back to get Olympic gold and the WR in the thon. Maybe you will get to run beside him next year.

No you don't have to praise every single performance but you can take that performance for what it is. And a 1:09 HM is just that. A pretty good performance but not close to WR's but also far away from jogging pace of a 2:00 HM.
Is sage a mod? Cause there have been a lot of deletions on this thread. I posted a joke replying to butt hurt killer mike, and that was deleted.
Sage, my friend, they were booing Ruth when he clubbed the most famous ball ever! Check out the film, he’s gesturing at them as he does the Home Run Trot (which he invented BTW). Next day, they drilled him! History repeating...
Or if you read Seabiscuit, the Depression-era jockey who escaped from the hospital after being toe-tagged, then won multiple races the next day while they were reading his obituary. He lived longer than me, haters.
