Good now they only need to add in a few things and a few more rules then apply this concept to all distance running over 60 meters. And for all countries.
Anything over 60 will destroy your muscles from the inside out due to the lactic acid accumulation effect.
This is a great start. -
If you can't finish a race without entering a state of "distress," it means YOU were soft. Not the officials who pull you off the course for being an ill-trained loser who had NO RIGHT to even be there. If you have to drag yourself to death's door to prove you don't suck, guess what, you suck.
