Two weeks ago did 5x1k and last week did 4x1k and I am wondering what type of time I could be looking at for the 1600 I am running saturday, and there will be very good competition for it.
PR is 4:36
5x1k with 600m jog in between reps(roughly 3:30-3:45)
3:10-3:07-3:09-3:10-3:04
4x1k with 600m jog in between reps(rougly 3:00-3:15)
3:10-3:08-3:07-3:02
