I was thinking a motorcycle crash in my early 90s would be nice. I don't really want to get to the age where I can't take care of myself and other people are bathing me.

By your early 90s there's a decent chance someone will be taking care of and bathing you. I've known many people in their 90s and if any of them were to have died in a motorcycle crash it would be from a motorcycle crashing into their wheelchairs or some such thing.
Personally, I was always a fan of Bill Baillie and would like to go the way he did; have dinner with my family, go to sleep and be done.
I want to die at 69 doing 69 ?
...at age 93, shot dead by the jealous husband of a 25 year old model.
Die? What is die?
Sniper. Age 69.

I have two grandparents on opposite sides that are in their 90s and live unassisted. One still runs. Both of the could ride a motorcycle.
I want to die by a heart attack from an undiagnosed heart problem, while running, at current age.
At 86, when someone finally says "let's 86 him."

Living the dream!
My plan is to wait until I'm having trouble taking care of myself, pack a backpack, and go for a hike until I'm dead. Ideally this will be around age 75-80.

Prior poster said "good chance". Your grandparents are statistical outliers that do nothing to disprove HRE's point.
And you assume they could ride a motorcycle... odds are, they can't so quit with the nonsense.
OP - going in motorcycle accident? Have you ever seen the aftermath of a nasty motorcycle accident? Think about other people please, namely the people who would have to clean up your mess and/or witness such a thing.
Well...it looks like in the foreseeable future our brains could be downloaded into a computer and no one will need to die anymore. Just imagine you could program the computer for virtual reality and you could be in an Olympic final or race the Kenyans at Boston. There would be no limits where your consciousness could go. The human race will be forever changed! ?

I don't think that would be "you" any more than a photograph of your face is you. I'm not saying that it wouldn't be exciting to try or that your VR self wouldn't have a coherent identity, but the neurological patterns that give rise to your sense of self wouldn't exist anymore and whatever you'd be experiencing would be totally alien.
What age: current age (38), right now, today.
How: earth spontaneously explodes or is crushed instantly to powder by a giant meteor. Anything which annihilates the obscenity of the human race and all memory of it, forever. Dignity returns to the universe at last.

Alone on a remote trail somewhere in my 70s. Yes, I'm completely serious, and I'm in my mid-60s now.
If it's not too much to ask, I'll take comfortably, in my bed, at a very advanced age, while holding the hand of my longtime wife, who is dying alongside me due to our ultra-romantic, psychic love connection a la The Notebook.
assuming no gross physical or mental decline beforehand, age 90 while sleeping.
Not when and how I want to, but in the next 12 years when the world ends.
