Strength based 100-120mpw in Florida will be a challenge from April through October. Does Solinsky not adapt his mileage to suit individual runners ?

I'm not saying it's impossible, but if he can get kids through the summer in FL running 100 mpw I'll be surprised. 100 miles in FL sun is much much different than Summers in at Wisco or Oregon. Heat is real. Humidity is very real.
I agree! Running in the heat and humidity is tough for a few days or weeks, but to run for months in oppressive conditions, it takes its toll.
In Florida, you have two choices for 8 months of the year.
Either run at 6:00 in the morning, when it’s 78-80 degrees with 99% humidity, or run at 6:00 at night, when it’s lower humidity, but 90 degrees.
Pick your poison.
