If so, it's more likely you're not warmly dressed enough overall than in need of mittens, and mittens might not work anyway. Your body cuts off blood to the extremities to protect core temperature if it senses too much heat loss, then your hands will freeze no matter what.
That's not how Raynauds works. A trigger for me is eating especially after a run. It can be in the mid 50s and my fingers will turn white even though I could be working hard and sweating.
