yes, just realized that. my bad #2
A 7th grader won the girls 300...... I get that a lot of girls peak early but it's still crazy.

Well at least NY does not allow boys to race in girls events like some other states do

Ursuline wins girls 4 x 800 in record time 9:07 I think, Lilly Flynn 2:09 anchor. No way Tuohy will run 4 races next weekend. The question is whether she scratches the mile or 2 mile. If she runs both she could lose both.
On Friday she would have the DMR at 7:35 pm
On Saturday she would have the SMR at 1:55 pm
On Sunday she would have the 2 mile at 1:11pm and the mile at 2:29pm
Assuming that she wants the win in all events:
For the DMR she would have to split at least 4:45, most likely 4:40 or faster though.
For the SMR she would definitely have to run sub 2:10 but closer to 2:05. This will definitely be her toughest race, especially because she'll probably be racing against the clock like she was last year. If another good team is in her section then maybe she can do it but I'm not sure.
For the 2 mile she would have to go sub 10:00, likely closer to 9:50 because of Katelynne Hart, who ran 10:02 with a 66 second first 400 and a 2:20 first 800.
For the mile she would have to run sub 4:40, probably 4:35.
Per this interview, looks like DMR and 2 mile at Nationals for Tuohy. SMR team has school conflicts. https://ny.milesplit.com/videos/344826. That will make it Hart vs Tuohy in the 2 mile. Starliper running the mile.
If her coach has her running 4 events, he is crazy and not doing the athlete right.
1. She's not running four races
2. She could run four races and do well in all of them without breaking a sweat.
We always have the best runners compete in 4 races at our state meet.
