Nice work and kudos for being open about your training! I loved the tempo and speed workouts. A few minutes lost from the weather itself, and a few more (probably most) from not adjusting my pace to my fitness for the day. I was shooting for low 2:40's at Boston but ended about 5-7 minutes from what I thought might be a 'perfect' day. Main diff I saw (also around 70mpw) is that my easy run pace was around 7:15-7:30. Now lots of times, people say that folks run their easy runs too hard, so take that for what it's worth, but if you look at some running calculators (Jack Daniels, MacMillan), then your easy runs for a 2:50 are more like 7:30-7:40. Now, you shouldn't chase/force those if it costs the other workouts, but ideally that's the sort of pace that feels comfortable during the week whenever you can bang out extra miles (including doubles!)
