CWR? And why are people so sure that Tefera is on drugs and/or Jakob is clean? It seems people with the same lack of specific knowledge of either of them are pretty set in their beliefs. Why is that?

Junior doesn't mean under 20. It means earlier than the year in which one turns 20.

It's also why people who are 19 aren't eligible to compete in the world junior championship if the championship occurs in the year that he or she turns 20.

What Benefit does tefera gain by lying about his age?

Even anecdotally? Tefera is on drugs because he's black and Jakob is clean because he is white?

You literally have no reason to think that either is on drugs, and especially no reason to believe that Tefera is only a 3:41 athlete!
