Jakob does it!!!
Props to Tefera for actually trying to push the pace. I thought he would be content to sit and kick but he was vulnerable trying to run from the front.
Berega and Tefera look pretty good when they run behind Kejelcha for 97% of the race.
Correct. Just about the only thing I’ll agree with you on.
Exactly what I said. You don’t need to be on EPO to follow a tall runner for 1450m at your PB pace and then pass them at the last moment. Jakob could have done that for sure.
Some posters here are actually insane. When an Ethiopian runs a great time he’s doping, but when he loses to a White guy FOUR DAYS later then the White guy is clean!
How about we go back to my original hypothesis: neither are doping, Tefera is a great athlete who had a perfect race set up for him to run a fast time.
Jakob is a great athlete who ran a tactically excellent race and beat Tefera who is in great shape because Jakob is also in great shape and capable of running similar times if he had the opportunity.
Coevett you know NOTHING about athletics. I bet you are now going to tell me that the EPO wore off or something hahaha
