facts? here? forget about it.
it's a comedy farce, of amusing proportions.
Exrunner has confirmed he checks instagram. Also, I have now checked Mo's instagram, and can confirm that Mo is posting pictures of his blood tests in Ethiopia. The one caveat, *as stated earlier*, is that he is NOT adding the #stayclean to his post. So, Mo Farah is still on pending list. One Mo Test was clever though.
Current clean list per instagram:
Jakob Ingebrigtsen (His brothers by association)
Likely clean based off of instagram list , but awaiting more evidence:
Mo Farah
Gives blood, but highly suspicious and might be transfusing back into his body based off of instagram list:
Taoufik Makhloufi

You're an idiot. Jakob posts on Instagram about staying clean when he gets blood tests done.
He puts them up on his story and it has a caption saying "Stay Clean".
No one would do that if they were doping. Incompetence on these boards is reaching a new all time high.
So does Farah.
Right now on his story he has pictures of him giving blood and urine samples to testers in Ethiopia.
Nobody seems to care about those facts though.
Facts:
With proper warning and smart micro-dosing, an EPO test is EASY to beat. You'd have to be an idiot not to pass.
Really!?

Really!?
I doubt very much Rojo wants to be put in the same three man category as ex-runner (a former British 800m doper) and Said88 (defends to the death Aouita from doping allegations, despite the number of clear smoking guns).
Said88 is an utter moron who thinks my claim that Steve Ovett still had it in 1986 (and as evidence a 1500 race in which he beat Abde Bile) has any bearing whatsoever on whether Aouita doped or not.

According to M!ndweak, Coevett is Steve Ovett, so I'm taking it as fact that "Steve Ovett still had it in 1986".
Coevett would know as he's Steve Ovett, so must be true. wrote:

Exactly what this mad-one always does when someone points on his lies: he just completely changes the subject. His answer has nothing to do with the accusations. Not even an attempt to explain why he lists his wrong "facts" (and maybe try to explain why he might think why those (obviously wrong) "facts" from his point of view are correct). For sure: this is impossible, but still...
Someone accused you to be a lier, what's the best response? For Coevett more lies. I have never ever defended Aouita from doping allegations. Never. Coevett is a pure liar and should long have been banned from this forum.
There was all the talk about Ingebrigtsen failing to develop as a senior but is it safe to say now that it doesn't really matter?
Yeah this is my view also. Ayanas detractors always point to her surpassing an already “doped” record as evidence that she must also be doping. Wang Junxia confounded credibility not by her 10WR as an individual performance, but the fact that within a ten day period she additionally ran the heats and the finals of 1500/3000 setting record times in both. - Wang was clearly a doper because she displayed an impossibly high performance intensity across different distances within a very confined timescale.
Ayana displays no such characteristics. In both Rio and London her 5k performance was a poor facsimile of what she is capable of due to her efforts in the 10k a week prior. Solo frontrunning whilst sustaining a superior pace is tremendously draining. It is this ability which sets Ayana apart from others but I also believe the effort of which dramatically robs her performance potential in the second event she runs.
Of course she could be doping also, you cannot believe or support and athlete without considering all possible sources of performance excellence both admirable or underhanded.
What are you talking about? Why are you so fixated on one relatively obscure Steve Ovett race from 1986? All I said was that it must have been an impressive performance from him in 86 to beat Abdi Bile over 1500m in a fast time like 3:33. I never claimed to have watched the race, I merely speculated that it sounded like a proper race in which Ovett likely pulled away from Bile. You appear to have very stark psychiatric problems if you think this casts a huge shadow over my integrity. You also appear to be a total slug if you think this is more important than such things as Aouita being linked to 'Doctor Syringe' or being chased out of Australia after pressurizing multiple athletes to take HGH.
I know Germany has a lot of hate speech laws. Are you sure doping aplogism is not on the list Said?
BTW, I don't believe you have that Ovett/Bile race on tape. If you do, and you're not a lier, upload it to YouTube.

Lol, yes, I was looking back on one of the first Jakob threads the other night, from 2016 I think when he ran something like 3:46 as a 15 year old. Some were saying that he would likely only improve by a few more seconds over the next few years.
I think it's obvious now that (barring any unfortunate injuries or such) Jakob is going to have an amazing career and be challenging for medals at world level for perhaps more than a decade to come. It's also looking certain that he's going to be getting very close to El G's records, maybe even next year.
Somebody also posted some snapshots of LetsRun from 2003 through the WayBackMachine. Every other thread was about Alan Webb. Imagine if Jakob was American? LetsRun would probably keep crashing every time he raced.

Farah posts his blood and urine tests all the time. I’ve seen dozens and dozens of similar posts in the last 12 months.
Testing is completely random. They don’t turn up one morning and say ‘cheers, see you next month’.
This looks a lot like a Rekrunner post. In Africa there is no such thing as random testing.

Yeah...she beat the "doped" record by an astonishing 13 freaking seconds! ? And things aren't the best with the easy accessibility of PEDs and poor testing in Ethiopia:

Ha! Classic. No need for a faulty doorbell. I think it was Deanouk that posted a link to an article where Nijel Amos was being informed as soon as testers touched down in Botswana.
My guess is a gas.
Seriously, you think someone that wiped out an epo-era Chinese WR is clean?
I have to pretty much go along with this. There were two races in that 10k wr: Ayana, and then a bunch of other women. Even one of the commentators said after, "I don't know what to make of that". She is now knocking on the great Emil Zatopek's former wr. Before her apologists put that down to superior training and better tracks today, consider this: the 800 wr in Zatopek's era was around 1.46-47 (Rudolf Harbig, I think - set in the 40's); if a woman was running close to that time now (the present wr is 1.53xx), what would you track buffs have to say about that? And Ayana has no extra advantage like internal testes (that we know of) or transgenderism. I don't buy it. Same as the former record set by the Chinese runner.
No say it ain't so. Nothing suspicious here.
