Yes, Jussie is indeed very believable. His Lawyer Tina Glandian explains how easy it was to mistake the Osundairo brothers as white M A G A assailants. She found a picture of Abel Osundairo using "whiteface" and anyone who takes a look can see how uncannily like a white supremacist this renders him.

His statement ommited that the woman was FORMERLY Obama's chief of staff. She is also friends with the Smollett family so there's no reason to think Obama was involved. As I said before, just because she's black doesn't mean Obama would be sympathetic to Smollett.

It would be easy to prove. The jury will get to choose who they believe; Smollett or the brothers.

Even though Smollett said his attackers were white, it can proven that the brothers were the "attackers". There are videos of them leaving the subway and purchasing the rope and bleach.

Smollett s story will be that the brothers, were waiting outside for him in polar weather, pretended to be M.A.G.A racists/bigots, beat him up, poured bleach on him and put a noose around his neck. Smollett claimed he's a tough guy and was able to fight off his attackers, that we now know are body builders.

The brother's story will be Smollett concocted the whole thing.

Criminal Charges dropped by (corrupt) State attorney.

Civil Charges pursued by city attorney (likely also corrupt, but not relevant here).

Violation of Law will be Proven (on a civil standard) in Court if Smollett refuses to pay up.

Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx wrote an op-ed piece in the Chicago Tribune, in which she says the case against Smollett was not a slam dunk. Foxx is clearly pointing the finger at Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson, who came out strongly in a news conference after Smollett was charged, saying the evidence was clear -- Smollett paid the Osundairo brothers to stage an "attack."

She then goes after Mayor Emanuel and Superintendent Johnson, saying, "Any law-enforcement leader or elected official not grandstanding or clouded by political expediency understands the purpose of sentencing guidelines." NOTE: Smollett was not sentenced. He was let go.

And, there's this ... she says, "Yes, falsely reporting a hate crime makes me angry ... [but] we must separate the people at whom we are angry from the people of whom we are afraid." In other words, no fear, no case?

Maybe the procrustean pricing scheme means that wealthy actors pay $3500 instead?
