A.M: 8-mile progressive run. It started at 6:45 pace and then ended up at 5:45 pace. Averaged 6:10 for the run.
PM: Easy 4 mile run at 7:30 pace

AM: Fartlekish workout. 12x400s alternating between 75 and 90 seconds per lap. Plus a mile hard at the end.

- 3-minute break and then a mile in 4:54
PM: 3 miles EASY

- 10 mile "Long run" at 6:10 average. Felt very relaxed
Total: 62 miles on the week. Felt great to be back over 60 miles. Really hoping that I can avoid any other injuries or sickness for the duration of the season! I've been sleeping around 9 hours a day to try to get ahead of any overuse problems. Have a great week everyone.
