For lunch, I had Israeli couscous-chicken salad with toasted Greek pita wedges. It was surprisingly delicious and filling.

rice and beans
My favorite these days:
Healthy-ish fried rice
Ingredients: Frozen veggies, 1/2 cup of white uncooked rice, protein of choice (i.e. cooked chicken), egg whites, soy sauce
Cook frozen veggies, place in hot pan on medium/high heat with a bit of oil, add egg white, add rice, add protein.... then put some soy sauce in at the end for flavor. Takes about 5 minutes total.
Pretty healthy too and low in fat

Not to be rude but chicken and eggwhites and soy sauce arent healthy. soy sauce is ridiculously high in sodium. egg whites are full of animal protein and chicken is high in mercury. go vegan instead.
A gigantic salad loaded with hardboiled eggs and beans for protein, red beets for extra carbs, avocado for fat. I love greens though. I make a variation of this almost every day.
A big salad consisting of spinach leaves (though sometimes arugula or rarely kale) granulated garlic, onions, and topped with a microwaved potato and olive oil, vinegar, black pepper and turmeric.
I like to start off with some nachos supreme with extra sour cream and then for an entree delve into some sloppy Joes!
Häagen Dazs
Mint Chocolate Chip (to get my greens)
White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle (for fruits and fungi)
6 egg ommlet with cheese and ham.
Raw steak and sashimi.
Raw whole milk/kefir.
I eat mountain lions. But only if I kill them with my bare hands.
McDonalds double quarter pounder meal with a large diet coke.
Testosterone. Makes every meal amazing.
egg whites are full of animal protein
Uh, yeah.
You can prepare uncooked white rice in 5 minutes? I'm impressed.

Soy sauce is high in sodium, which is bad in excess, and it is easy to reach the point of excess.
Egg whites are high in animal protein (statement of the obvious), but that isnt a bad thing.
Chicken is not high in mercury, that is absurd. Tests of chicken meat for sale in the U.S. have shown they typically are around .01 to .04ppm, nowhere near the "action level" set by the FDA, where it would still be legal to sell, but would require a mercury warning.
For a lunch:
My base is usually cooked spinach or a really simple salad with kale or arugula . For carbs I like quinoa, it cooks like 12 mins . Finally, I like to have salmon or chicken as protein but I usually just take leftovers.
It's kind of boring but good for a quick healthy lunch on the go
