Kejelcha is the once in generation athlete who will "totally annihilate the distance World records". He has competition like Geb and Bekele had before him but I think he will be the dominant athlete of this generation when it's all said and done. I predict
Indoor Mile World Record
Indoor 3k World Record
Indoor 5k World Record
3k World Record
5k World Record
10k World Record
Half World Record
Marathon World Record
Think about this for a minute, A guy who was going into the off season after 5k track training ran 59:17 for a debut half marathon and is targetting an El G Mile World Record. That is an insane combo of speed and strength and he can kick with the very best as well. And yes I said it, Kejelcha will slay Daniel Komen's two 3k marks before he's done.
Endurance placebo option!!!!
I usually don't engage you in these debates but let's put out a few facts and ask some questions because if there's one thing I'm sure of in the doping world, it's that Salazar is not giving his athletes EPO. And here is why
In Seven years at NOP, Kara Goucher who is Salazar hater and has spoke out about Alberto's methods has never once mentioned EPO in relation to NOP. All her claims revolve around thyroid hormones Cytomel and prednisone. Steve Magness has never once mentioned EPO and neither have any of the backroom staff who came out taking about androgel. All claims from NOP employees or athletes have rested on testosterone, TUE's and grey area supplements like L-Carnitine.
While we are on L-Carnitine, it is a blood booster which acts on abnormal and deformed red blood cells and boost red blood cells and increases hematocrit just like altitude and EPO. The question this begs is what would happen to biological passport reports on if you had an athlete living at altitude and taking L-Carnitine and EPO ? The answer is only a fool would take another blood booster on top of EPO when they would also be micro-dosing to avoid too high of an RBC count when WADA already have a blood profile on them, even more so in an athlete like Farah where they would have a profile of sea level blood counts as the combination of altitude, micro-dosing EPO and taking L-Carnitine would shoot his off-score through the roof, that plot would look like Everest plotted on his records and we've seen Farah's records from the fancy bear hacks and no such thing appears.
The reason athletes microdose is because they can't boost blood volume too high so have to take smaller but more regular doses to keep production constant as ups and downs are highly suspicious. So why would a training group like NOP add another factor into the equation in L-Carnitine if they are already taking EPO microdoses? Taking another booster would mean having to further lower or completely stop taking EPO to keep blood volume stable and as you believe that EPO is the most important thing, those known facts kind of throw a spanner in your free for all theory don't they?
NOP are shady and have probably crossed the line but I would put my house on them not using EPO.
